Our totes are crafted from premium, heavy-duty 16oz cotton canvas and recycled polyester linings. We prioritize durability and sustainability in every stitch to ensure your bag lasts for years.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are the bags machine washable?
To maintain the shape and color of your tote, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Machine washing is not recommended as it may cause shrinkage or damage the hardware.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide! Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate changes if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has reached the packing stage, we can no longer make modifications.
